Collection: Matcha

Ceremonial-grade matcha is the highest quality of matcha. Made from the most tender leaves of the tea plant, it is specially designed to be enjoyed plain. Its very fine texture, intense green color and smooth, delicate, low-bitterness taste make it the preferred choice of lovers of traditional matcha.

Veegreen Organic Ceremonial Matcha is made from carefully selected tencha leaves, offering an ideal ceremonial grade for an authentic tasting experience. As part of our quality commitment, we had our matcha analyzed using the PAOT® technology of the European Antioxidant Institute. This independent method measures the overall antioxidant power of a product and confirms the natural richness of our matcha in antioxidant compounds.

An organic matcha is grown according to the principles of organic farming, without pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilizers. This growing method is more respectful of the environment and allows you to fully enjoy a tea whose leaf is consumed in its entirety.

Absolutely. Although it is designed to be enjoyed plain, our Organic Ceremonial Matcha also enhances matcha lattes, smoothies, pastries and all your indulgent creations. Thanks to its smooth, sweet and low-bitterness flavor, it brings a pleasing vegetal intensity without masking the other ingredients, for drinks and preparations of incomparable quality.

Place 1 to 2 bamboo scoops (about 1 to 2 g) of matcha in a bowl, then pour in 70 ml of water at 70 °C. Whisk vigorously with a chasen using quick "W"-shaped movements until you obtain a fine, creamy foam. Enjoy your matcha plain or use it as a base for a matcha latte or your favorite recipes.
