Collection: Éclat Ritual

The Rituel Éclat brings together the essentials for preparing and enjoying drinks inspired by Japanese and Asian traditions. It includes our Organic Matcha, our Ube, and all the indispensable accessories such as the matcha whisk (chasen), the ceremonial bowl, the whisk holder, and the bamboo spoon.

Organic matcha is a green tea powder made from finely ground tea leaves. Unlike a classic infusion, the whole leaf is consumed, which makes it a naturally antioxidant-rich drink. Choosing a matcha from organic farming guarantees cultivation without synthetic pesticides and better respects traditional production methods.

Matcha is naturally rich in antioxidants, particularly catechins, as well as caffeine. It is prized for supporting focus, alertness, and providing gradual energy. It fits easily into a wellbeing routine, in the morning or throughout the day.

Traditional accessories allow you to prepare matcha in the best conditions. The bamboo whisk (chasen) helps achieve a fine, smooth foam, the bowl (chawan) makes whisking easier, the bamboo spoon (chashaku) allows precise measuring of the powder, and the whisk holder helps preserve the shape of the chasen after use.

Pour about 1 to 2 grams of matcha into a bowl, add a small amount of water at around 70-80 °C, then whisk vigorously with a chasen using W-shaped movements until a light foam forms. You can then enjoy your matcha plain or make a matcha latte, according to your preference.
